Start with the working conditions
For valve bodies, pump shafts and process connections, pressure, temperature and fluid composition guide selection. Include project specifications and testing requirements in your request.
A fluid name alone is insufficient
Selection may require chloride, H₂S and other environmental data alongside pressure and temperature. A general oil-and-gas description does not establish suitability for a particular service. Include customer requirements for hardness, heat treatment, tests and traceability. Assess special specification compliance against the product, condition and documentation rather than assuming it from the grade name.
- Fluid composition, operating and shutdown conditions
- Material specification and special service requirements
- Testing scope, specimen orientation and documentation
Grades to explore
These grades are starting points for discussion, not a substitute for project-specific material selection.
From section to certificate
Share the section, finished dimensions, material specification, delivery condition and certificate requirements with your request. This lets us assess supply against the actual project needs.
