Box-section enquiries are assessed by outer dimensions, wall thickness, corner geometry and manufacturing route. Options are clarified for the selected grade.

Availability depends on grade and dimensions. Tolerance, surface, delivery condition and certificate requirements must be confirmed in the quotation.
Read wall and corners together
Outside width and height alone do not establish usable internal clearance. Wall thickness and internal radius affect assembly. If another element fits inside, specify the minimum internal dimensions and relevant tolerance.
Welded, extruded or special section
Production route changes with material family. Weld-seam location, anodising or grinding requirements and later holes belong in the specification. Outer dimensions and grade alone do not make different routes interchangeable.

Which certificate should I request?+
If required by your project, specify an EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificate and any additional testing in your request. Document availability is confirmed before supply.
