Angle sections
Angle section is a metal profile with two perpendicular legs forming an L-shaped cross-section. It is used in frames, machine bases, shelving and mounting connections. Equal and unequal leg lengths suit different layouts. Stainless steel angles combine corrosion resistance with the versatility of an open section.
Dimensions and supply options
| Product | Dimensions | Specification / delivery |

| Angle sections | Leg widths × thickness × length | Per quotation |
Supply options vary with grade and dimensions. Finish, supplied condition and documentation are clarified at quotation.
Equal and unequal angles
Equal angles have two legs of the same width. Unequal angles have one longer leg, combining a narrow mounting face with a broader supporting face. The open L section provides access to connection points. Thickness and internal corner radius also affect how the profile fits into an assembly.
Typical applications
Angles are used in equipment legs, frame corners, brackets and edge protection. Stainless options suit machinery and equipment in damp environments. Their open geometry allows access for cleaning and assembly; load capacity depends on section dimensions, material and connection layout.
Section and material grade
The same section serves different applications in different grades. Corrosion resistance, strength and machining properties complement its geometric function.
Frequently asked questions
Can I request a specific length?+
Custom lengths depend on material and section. Cut-blank and finished lengths can differ through end-machining and gripping allowances.
What does a material document show?+
A document can identify material and inspection results within the applicable product scope. EN 10204 3.1 is a document type; material specification and finished-part acceptance are separate information.
