Availability depends on grade and dimensions. Tolerance, surface, delivery condition and certificate requirements must be confirmed in the quotation.
Nominal size and actual diameter
A DN or NPS value may not equal measured outside diameter. A schedule is not one fixed wall thickness for every size. Where possible, include outside diameter and wall alongside nominal size; check pipe and mating connection standards together.
What will the tube carry?
Pressurised process, heat-exchanger and mechanical applications can require different product standards. Medium, temperature, pressure and welding clarify the scope. State testing, cleanliness, end preparation and delivered length explicitly rather than expecting the grade name to define them.
