Availability depends on grade and dimensions. Tolerance, surface, delivery condition and certificate requirements must be confirmed in the quotation.
45-degree and cut-down elbows
A standard 45-degree fitting and an elbow cut down on site are different product descriptions. Centre-to-end dimensions, end preparation and inspection can differ. Provide the required standard and installation dimensions to assess adaptation needs early.
Clarify the layout geometry
For an offset, straight length and orientation between elbows also affect assembly. Specify angle, diameter, wall and radius. Medium and welding plan complete material selection; a pipe trade grade alone does not fully define a fitting.
